Return policy

The money-back guarantee is given for returned goods / canceled deliveries within 7 working days of receipt or order.
The buyer must open the package before signing for receipt of the product(s). If the product is not in good condition, it must not be accepted. Returns are accepted if the “receipt slip” in good condition has been signed by both the courier and the customer.

The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Therefore, the buyer must include in the package, in the same condition as received:

  • all packaging (e.g. boxes, bags, sponges);
  • accessories (e.g. caps, clips, cables etc.);
  • certificates, manuals and warranty certificates;
  • all items included in the package.

The purchaser is responsible for ensuring the return of the products and the expenses resulting from the return.

All returned products must be received in good condition. Products will not be accepted if damaged, scratched or not returned in protective packaging. Products will not be accepted if they have been fitted or modified.

All costs of delivery and insurance of returned products will be paid by the customer, unless there is a prior written agreement stipulating other conditions.

Returns must be properly packaged and protected as in the original delivery situation. Products returned not properly protected or unpacked will not be accepted.

Bound4Sound aims to process returns within 2 working days of receipt and refunds can be issued the next working day under normal conditions.

If the customer is dissatisfied with the purchase of a product for any reason, the customer may return the product in the original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Bound4Sound will either exchange the product or refund the customer the cost of the product minus the amount of the (postal) transportation costs.
